How do I put my Fredi product into operation?

Go to your app store and install the Fredi app. This installation is free of charge.

Hold your Fredi product to the back of your smartphone and test where the product connects to your cell phone. The chips are located below the logo on the animal products and on the back of the chains. Then check which frequency is currently on your chip. To do this, press the “Show current frequency” button on the start page of the Fredi app and then hold your smartphone to the product where the chip is located. Then you can decide whether you want a free or paid program. All descriptions of the individual programs can be found here on this page.

Now select the program that suits you and click on it. You will now be asked to hold your smartphone to the Fredi product for 30 seconds. The transfer will start once the app has successfully connected to the Fredi product.

Now hold your Fredi product in the correct position on your smartphone and keep it there until the transfer process is complete. This takes approx. 30 seconds. We recommend reducing the volume on your smartphone to approx. 30% during the transfer.

Now your Fredi is ready for use!
